General Terms and Conditions
1. On -line shopping and Telephone Mail Order at
Uk Epos Systems Ltd is for sale and delivery of goods within the
mainland United Kingdom only. U.K. islands can be quoted special
prices on request for delivery.
2. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT the current
standard rate . Uk Epos Systems Ltd will try to maintain the price
as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an
order.
3. Items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, depending on
stock availability (Out of stock items within 2 weeks). If
Programming is required it may take longer depending on customer set
up requirements. As standard all deliveries will be made within 28
days. Uk Epos Systems Ltd will advise you of any delay in
dispatching stock.
4. Uk Epos Systems Ltd will advise by e-mail when goods are
dispatch, with an expected delivery day. If a product was to become
lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible,
please ensure that you make a comment about any packaging/damaged
box when receiving from the courier and record this on the delivery
signature documentation. We will arrange with you to replace or
repair the goods as quickly as possible. We reserve the right not to
replace goods damaged by the courier if they have been signed for in
good condition by yourselves.

Payment by Cheque or Pay-Pal
Payment can be made by Credit card/debit cards via Pay Pal.
Alternative you can fax or e-mail your order to us and will send you
a pro-former invoice, on receipt of a cheque or Postal Order made
payable to Uk Epos Systems Ltd. the goods will be dispatched. All
orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.

Warranty
All Hardware carries a full 12 months parts and labour warranty
,within this period we will arrange collection and return delivery
at our cost.
The following are not covered by an warranty: - accidental damage,
neglect, misuse, poor signal, maintenance tuning of channels, damage
caused by exposure to an improper environment, including, without
limitation, excessive temperature or humidity, unusual physical or
electrical stress, failure or fluctuation of electrical power,
lightning, static electricity or fire, damage caused by service or
modification or alteration of hardware by anyone other than us, data
loss or recovery, any modifications to hardware required by any
legislation coming into force after the date of purchase, or any
item where the serial number has been removed or tampered with.
Consumable products carry a 3-month warranty.
Product Quality Guarantee
Uk Epos Systems Ltd prides itself on offering good products and
service. If you are unhappy with a product purchased please contact
Uk Epos Systems Ltd as soon as possible and we will try to rectify
the situation. All hardware is offered with a Return to Base
Warranty where Customer arrange delivery back to Uk Epos Systems Ltd
at Customer's cost (preferably in it's original packing), return it
to our offices and rectify and defaults (this does not include
additional programming requirements not requested in the customers
initial order instructions). Any goods which cannot be replaced or
repaired whilst under warranty will be refunded. Goods returned for
refund where there is not fault with equipment is subject to a
30%+VAT re-stocking charge, (payable by the customer prior to
return). We are not responsible for loss of data or corrupt data.
The buyer is responsible for software/hardware compatibility of
products prior to order and use. You are responsible for protecting
your electronic hardware by using a clean power supply to prevent
data loss/hardware damage through POWER SURGES, LIGHTENING STRIKES,
SPILLAGES etc. You are also responsible for backing up and PC
related software programmes and databases.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the
product with all manuals, attachments and packaging to ourselves
within 7 days of purchase. Machines which have found to have no
faults or the customer has simply changed their mind will be
refunded, but goods are subject to a 30% restocking charge . We will
not accept any returns not in original packaging. Please keep all
boxes and packaging in event of a fault. Any damage or incomplete or
missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we
accept no liability after this period. If goods missing or broken

. Postage costs for delivery to & from
ourselves are billed to customer and cannot be refunded. In case of
refund, delivery costs are not refunded. You are welcome to use your
own courier, for collection of goods paid in full.
Data Protection
We will not pass your details to any third parties for marketing
purposes. However Uk Epos Systems Ltd keeps a full customer database
to ensure that a satisfactory service and follow to any enquires is
offered.
The above terms and conditions apply to the U.K. only and do not
affect customers statutory rights.
